U Flourish can help you develop the key leadership skills in your managers using flexible, fun and experiential learning tecniquics. All our learning sessions are flexible enough to fit a busy manager schedule with sessions from 2 hours to 2 days.

You have control of session content. Using a pre learning assessment we can ensure the training delivered makes a return on your objectives. We can't be prescriptive, it's down to your business and the type of managers you need but what we can do is ensure that we develop behaviors that help your leaders adapt their style to the situations they find themselves in able to motivate and inspire. One style does not fit all situations!

Session content can include

~A Thomas International assessment as part of a leadership development session to raise the self awareness of your managers. The Personal Profile Analysis provides an insight into how people behave at work. The insights gained from PPA will lead to a greater understanding of why your people behave the way they do and can be used to hone and modify managers' communication skills.
