Edward Gallier founded U Flourish in 2007 after over 20years working within the lifestyle industries of hospitality, leisure and tourism. He gained experience in business operations and human resources. 

During his career he has worked for a number of organisations including Letherby & Christopher Ltd, Pride of Britain Hotels, Jarvis Hotels, and most recently for Jurys Doyle Hotels as Group Development & Training Manager. Edward is degree qualified and is a chartered member of the CIPD.

Edward aims is to bring a level of quality, flexibility and commitment that small businesses may have felt out of their reach.

In his spare time Edward loves to spend time travelling and exploring whether on his door step in Cheshire and Derbyshire or further afield. "I love experiencing new restaurants and hotels and returning to old favourites, it helps me keep me finger on the pulse of what's hot and what's not which is most important as a hotel inspector!" says Edward.

Edward is a fan of James Bond and has a copy of all the movies right back to Dr. No. Edward loves to cook and is lucky enough to have friends who are willing to try his efforts over a glass of wine at home and catch up on news and gossip.

When travelling and home alone in a hotel bedroom you will find Edward catching up on 'West Wing'. "I have really become addicted to this US programme and lucky for me there are 7 box sets to get through!!"
